Message	poor connection at the PTU. The unit itself isn't grounded, so moving it probably just made a connection of sorts. On the noise, hard to say from a text description. If you aren't 1000% sure the belt was lined up properly, you may have to tear the covers off again. If a piston hits a valve, nearly always there is some damage.
